Basepoint, Unit 21 Abbey park, Premier Way Romsey, SO51 9AQ Onsite parking is free. Once you arrive, you'll scan a QR code and register your details at the studio :)

There are toilets and one shower on site, about 20 steps from the studio. You are welcome to use these before or after class :)

Please arrive around 10 - 15 mins before the start of our practice. The doors are locked when the class starts for security so we're not able to let anyone in after the class has begun. This gives you time to check-in, put away your things, and settle in without rushing :)

Our practice space has a no-shoes policy to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. You are welcome barefoot or in socks.There are storage areas for shoes, coats and bags in the welcome area 👣

We provide all mats, props, bolsters and blankets. Just yourself and a water bottle! In the winter months, a hot water bottle is a cozy addition for sound baths (where no movement is required)

It's really up to you! We recommend something that allows you to move around with ease and doesn't get in the way. Here are some general tips: • Bring a hoodie if it's chilly out. You can always take it off if you're hot. • Toe grip socks are great if you have them :) • Shorts (with nets!) for men if doing an active practice like soma flow or vinyasa. • For less active practices like restorative yoga, yin & meditation and soundbaths, wear something free, soft and cozy.

Always. Come as you are and stay as you grow. This is a space where self-discovery thrives. Our practices offer variations for all levels, giving you the opportunity to practice where you currently are and deepening your practice at your own pace.

We understand things happen. At the moment, you may cancel via the app or website 6 hours before your class. Your class credit will be returned for you to rebook for a time that suits. We do not refund class credits, and monthly members are charged a £5 fee for late cancellations.
