A gentle, playful yoga class where grown-ups can practise and children are welcome to join in, wander, draw, rest and be exactly as they are. Family Flow supports grounding, connection and time together for all ages. There is no expectation of perfect quiet, perfect poses or perfect behaviour. Only an invitation to notice, breathe, move and play. Bring back the village.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Family Flow is a relaxed yoga class for grown-ups, with children welcome in the room.
Parents can practise while children join in, draw, read, play, rest or simply watch. There is no expectation of silence, perfect poses or perfect behaviour.

MADE FOR REAL FAMILY LIFE
All ages, backgrounds and experience levels are welcome.
Children may copy a pose, ask questions, wander away or return later. Their curiosity is not an interruption...it is part of the experience.
No previous yoga experience is needed.

THE SPIRIT OF FAMILY FLOW
At Studio Soma, a small wooden frog instrument has become a quiet reminder of what children bring into wellness spaces: curiosity, play and attention.
They pick it up, make sounds and discover what the rest of us may have stopped noticing.
Family Flow is built around that spirit. Yoga is not about controlling life until it behaves itself; it is about meeting life as it is. Sometimes peaceful, sometimes playful, always welcome.
